Day 01:      KATHMANDU /PARO
                  Fly Kathmandu to Paro on Druk Air.
                  Drive to Thimpu.(65kms/02 hrs)   O/N Druk hotel.

Day 02:      THIMPU
                  AM: Visit the memorial Chorten of the King Jigme Dorjee Wangchuk in the heart of
                  Thimpu town/ The Tashichhodzong, "The Fortress of the auspicious religion."
                  PM: Stroll downtown to the handicraft Development Corporation which displays
                  all kinds of traditional product of Bhutan. O/N Bhutan.

Day 03:     THIMPU - PUNAKHA
                 Thimpu-Punakha (77kms/03hrs. opprox) AM: After breakfast drive over the
                 spectacular Dochula pass (3100mts.)to the warm and fertile valley of Panukha.
                 PM: Visit the historic Panukha Dzong, once the seat of the old capital of Bhutan.
                 The magnificient Dzong is between the Phochu and Mochu rivers. O/N hotel.

Day 04:     PUNAKHA - BHUMANTHANG
                 Punkha - Bhumanthang (210kms/8hrs approx) AM: Early in the morning drive to the
                 valley of Bhumanthang through the Yotala Pass (3440 mts) this valley is
                 considered as a very special place for the Bhutanese with many temples and holy
                 places. O/N at Bhumanthang Tourist Lodge.

Day 05     BHUMANTHANG
                Full day sightseeing. AM: Drive to Mebartsho (burning Lake). This gorge is the holy
                site and pilgrimage place where Guru Rimpoche had hidden religious treasures later
                discovered by Terton Pema Lingpa. Visit the Swiss farm where you can buy
                excellent    local made cheese.
                PM: Visit the Jakar Dzong (castle of white bird). Built in 1549 this Dzong houses the
                administrative center of Humanthang. Visit Kurjey Lhakang, the most sacred and
                popular monastery in Bhumanthang. O/n at Bhumanthang Tourist Lodge.

Day 06 BHUMTHANG - THIMPU (267kms./8hrs approx)
AM: Early morning drive to Thimpu via tongsa and Wangdiphodrang. O/n at hotel

Day 07 THIMPU - PARO - EXIT (65kms/2hrs)
Drive Thimpu top Paro to connect onward flight.
